Talent Development Leader

Dr. Vince Eugenio is an accomplished Talent Development leader with almost 30 years of progressive experience who has won multiple industry awards. He has held Sr. Director, Chief Learning Officer, Vice President and Senior Vice President positions in industries as diverse as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Staffing, Information Management, Health Care, Media, Non-Profit and Multi-Family Housing.

Vince has significant experience in training design, performance management, leadership development, coaching, and succession management. His developmental programs and initiatives have touched tens of thousands of employees. Vince has implemented performance management systems and using SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Plateau, Workday, and Cornerstone on Demand. As part of his sustainability approach he has partnered with senior leaders to ensure comprehensive strategies to address culture, manager capability, executive commitment and right sizing of these initiatives. Vince recently co-authored the article, The Surround Strategy Model: Driving Organizational Capability to Business Impact, outlining the Surround Strategy methodology.

He has implemented management development programs in multiple organizations with an emphasis on providing feedback, SMART goal setting, coaching, and developmental planning. One of his biggest opportunities came within the first week as the VP of Enterprise Learning for a Fortune 19 company. His challenge was to train a national team of 3,500 front line managers in basic management skills within a four-month period. The program received an overall score of 4.3 out of 5.0 for impact, relevance, ability to reduce turnover. He has also designed and implemented succession management approaches for four different organizations focused on the identification, development, retention and promotion of high potential talent. Vince holds a BS in Education and a MS and PHD in Instructional Technology and Adult Education from Georgia State University. He is a certified Human Capital Strategist, Executive and Leadership Development Coach, Career Management Coach, MBTI Practitioner, DiSC Facilitator, Organizational Development Practitioner, and hold a certificate in Leadership Program Development. He also has certifications from Korn Ferry for their Voices 360, Team Architect, and Leadership Architect programs. Vince is currently earning certifications for PerformanSe’s leadership development and coaching tools as well as writing an article on Learning Governance.
